Currently I am software engineering student of Java Institute.

Java Institute History
The Java Institute for Advanced Technology was founded in 2005 and it is a pioneering training provider of academic as well as professional qualifications pertaining to the discipline of Software Engineering in Sri Lanka.

Branches and Student Base
Today,the Java Institute accommodates over 3500 students in five branches that are located in major cities including Colombo, Kandy, Kurunegala, Gampaha, and Matara. Consequently, a multitude of students from each and every region of the island are able to garner access to the training programmes and facilities provided by the Java Institute.

Infrastructure and facilities
The Java Institute is an institution that possesses high-end as well as the latest infrastructure and facilities that successfully provide a viable platform through which the students of the institute are proficiently trained and prolific citizens are produced to the nation.

Approved Center of Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA)
In addition to this, the Java Institute for Advanced Technology is an approved center of the internationally recognized Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA). Accordingly, the Java Institute for Advanced Technology is one of the chief institutes that deliver the widely renowned Scottish Qualifications in Sri Lanka.

Courses Conduct by Java Institute
While leading in Software Engineering training programmers,the Java Institute also conducts both academic and professional training programmers related to other significant sectors and these primarily include Management and Psychology.

The Java Institute for Advanced Technology was awarded the globally acclaimed ISO 9001:2008 certification by the International Organisation for Standardization.

Research Centers
Moreover, the Java Institute operates three pioneering research centres in Sri Lanka and these research centres are focused on innovative developments in the fields of Robotics, Software Engineering, and Neuroscience. The Java Institute operates the Java Robotics and Intelligence Research Centre (JRIRC), which primarily handles robotics and artificial intelligence endeavours, the Web Technology and Software Engineering Research Centre (WTRC), which is continuously engaged in innovative technological advancements in the field of Software Engineering, and the Brain Technology and Neuroscience Research Centre (BTNRC), which focuses on advanced research in the fields of Brain Technology, Neuroscience, Psychology, Parapsychology, Sociology, and Human and Life Sciences
